Telecom innovation is accelerating, but too much valuable work still remains isolated inside projects, labs, and organizations. Great xApps, rApps, AI agents, models, datasets, benchmarks, and blueprints are often hard to discover, hard to validate, and even harder to scale across the broader ecosystem.
That is exactly why TelcoFabric was created.
TelcoFabric is an open ecosystem for telecom intelligence where the community can discover, publish, validate, and scale reusable network artifacts. It is designed to bring together researchers, developers, vendors, operators, startups, and public-sector organizations around a common goal: turning scattered innovation into reusable, visible, and impactful building blocks for the future of telecom.
From isolated innovation to ecosystem value
The telecom industry is entering a new phase shaped by O-RAN, AI-RAN, cloud-native platforms, observability, automation, and data-driven network intelligence. In this environment, reusable artifacts matter more than ever.
An xApp that improves interference management, an rApp that automates policy optimization, a benchmark dataset for AI/ML training, a digital-twin model, or an agentic workflow for network operations becomes more valuable when it can be:
- shared with the ecosystem,
- discovered by the right users,
- reused and extended by others,
- validated in realistic environments,
- and connected to real operational needs.
TelcoFabric exists to make that possible.
It is not just a portal. It is a community-driven framework for collaboration and visibility, where telecom artifacts can move from concept to contribution, and from contribution to broader adoption.
Why membership matters
Membership gives organizations a structured way to participate in the TelcoFabric ecosystem.
All members can contribute and publish. That is a core principle. TelcoFabric is built to encourage openness, collaboration, and shared progress across the telecom community.
At the same time, membership provides a stronger framework for organizations that want to do more than simply publish an artifact. It creates a path to:
- increase visibility for technical contributions,
- strengthen organizational credibility,
- engage with a broader network of collaborators,
- participate in community and governance activities,
- and help shape how telecom intelligence is shared and validated.
In short, TelcoFabric membership is about turning technical work into ecosystem value.
Two membership levels, one open ecosystem
TelcoFabric currently offers two primary membership levels.
General Members
General Members join the ecosystem to contribute, publish, collaborate, and gain visibility. They can publish artifacts and blogs, participate in community activities, and build their presence across the portal and the broader telecom ecosystem.
This is the right path for organizations that want to be active contributors and visible participants in open telecom innovation.
Executive Members
Executive Members receive all General Member benefits, with additional opportunities for governance participation, stronger portal visibility, and a more active role in shaping the evolution of TelcoFabric.
This may include participation in relevant boards, voting rights where applicable, featured visibility, exclusive interviews, and other ecosystem benefits designed for organizations that want a stronger strategic role.
The B-Labs badge: validation, trust, and technical leadership
In addition to membership, selected organizations may also earn the B-Labs badge.
B-Labs is not a separate membership level. It is a designation granted to selected General or Executive Members that actively support the ecosystem through:
- testing and validation,
- benchmarking,
- interoperability assessments,
- integration and plugfests,
- demonstrations,
- and non-commercial community support activities.
The B-Labs badge signals that an organization is not only contributing artifacts, but also helping the ecosystem validate, improve, and operationalize them.
For selected B-Labs participants, this may also include access to BubbleRAN MX products for non-commercial testing and community-support activities, subject to the applicable agreement.
What organizations can publish on TelcoFabric
TelcoFabric is built for reusable telecom artifacts across the full innovation chain. Depending on your focus, you may publish and promote:
- xApps and rApps,
- AI agents and agentic workflows,
- AI/ML models,
- datasets,
- benchmarks,
- blueprints,
- tools and scripts,
- technical blogs and implementation insights.
This makes TelcoFabric relevant not only for software developers, but also for research teams, system integrators, AI practitioners, operators, and ecosystem builders.
Why this is important now
By bringing together reusable artifacts, governance pathways, and validation through B-Labs, TelcoFabric helps bridge the gap between experimentation and broader adoption. It creates a practical foundation for co-creation across academia, industry, alliances, and open-source communities.
For organizations working on O-RAN, AI-RAN, TN, NTN, 5G, and emerging 6G capabilities, this is an opportunity to do more than build in isolation. It is an opportunity to publish with purpose, collaborate at scale, and gain meaningful visibility in a growing ecosystem.
How to participate
Joining TelcoFabric is intentionally simple.
- Fill the online form to express your interest in joining TelcoFabric.
- Receive the membership agreement and related documents for review.
- Sign and pay the membership, and share supporting materials including your organization profile, logo, and marketing package.
- Publish your artifacts, blogs, datasets, benchmarks, or other reusable contributions on the platform.
- Promote your artifacts, gain visibility across the TelcoFabric ecosystem, and engage with the community through collaboration, promotion, and validation opportunities.
Let’s build the ecosystem together
Telecom intelligence will not be built in isolation. It will be shaped through collaboration, co-creation, and the ability to turn great ideas into reusable ecosystem value.
That is the ambition behind TelcoFabric.
If your organization is building xApps, rApps, AI agents, models, datasets, benchmarks, or other telecom innovation assets, now is the right time to join, contribute, and help shape the future fabric of telecom intelligence.
