BubbleRAN Labs (B-Labs) is a testing-lab designation for selected TelcoFabric members that actively contribute to the validation, evolution, and adoption of BubbleRAN software suites and the broader TelcoFabric ecosystem.
TelcoFabric hosts reusable telecom artifacts such as xApps, rApps, datasets, benchmarks, AI agents, models, tools, and documentation. Within this ecosystem, B-Labs members play a key role by helping validate, benchmark, integrate, and promote these artifacts in realistic research and development environments.
B-Labs is not a separate primary membership level. It is a designation granted to selected General or Executive TelcoFabric Members under a prior agreement or written approval.
The applicable agreement defines the collaboration framework, including:
- application of the BubbleRAN License Agreement where software access applies;
- member roles and contributions;
- TelcoFabric artifact contribution and licensing;
- plugfests and integration activities;
- demonstrations and promotional activities; and
- community engagement and support.
The agreement remains in force for three (3) years and may be renewed by mutual written agreement at least sixty (60) days before expiration. Participation is non-exclusive, and members remain free to collaborate with other organizations, alliances, and ecosystems.
B-Labs members are expected to support one or more of the following activities:
- Software testing, validation, and benchmarking
- Feature requests and roadmap input
- Contribution to the TelcoFabric ecosystem
- Hosting and participation in plugfests
- Demonstrations at international events
- Community support (non-commercial only)
- Professional reference and promotion
- Artifact ownership, licensing, and publication readiness
- Member profile, contact information, and B-Labs showcase materials
Depending on the agreed scope, selected B-Labs members may also receive access to specified BubbleRAN MX products for non-commercial testing, validation, benchmarking, interoperability work, demonstrations, and community-support activities, subject to the applicable license agreement.
